Each year the Panoràmic Festival hosts an open call for projects for artists who work, explore, create, and investigate under the audiovisual framework and from its diversity of expressions and formulations. By opening this call, we seek to give a boost and voice to national proposals, from creators who reflect on the theme around which the festival focuses, and offer a meeting point between new artistic proposals, and various agents of the art world (curators, gallery owners, directors of art centers, visual arts technicians of public and/or private institutions…).

This year’s 2024 edition, under the curatorship of the Jiser Association, represented on this occasion by curators Xavier de Luca and Houari Bouchenak, the following projects have been shortlisted as finalists:

• Kintsugi by Ramon Guimãraes
• Deshabitadas I by Carmen Isasi
• Ejercicios de almacenaje by Izaro Ieregi
• Trump Park Donald Trump’s Intimate Photo Album by Jean Matthieu Gosselin and Ullic Morard
• Llista de llibres en català cremats a Catalunya el 1939 by Miquel García
• A Piece of Paper by Aitana López
• Doble juntos los de oro y los de arcilla by Osvaldo Cibils.

¿DO YOU KNOW THAT…?

Besides the presence of several professional members of the national artistic network, we will have the participation of several international curators who, as jurors of the open call, and in collaboration with the curators of the Open, will determine the awarded project.
