In 2026, Panoràmic celebrates its tenth edition, continuing to grow and expand its presence across the region. This year, we are especially pleased to announce the addition of Vic as a new festival venue, joining the established locations of Granollers, Barcelona and Terrassa.
With this expansion, Panoràmic reinforces its commitment to decentralising and democratising access to culture, building stronger connections between territories and bringing contemporary creation closer to new audiences and contexts. In doing so, the festival continues to shape a shared cultural ecosystem that connects institutions, artists and communities through reflection on contemporary image-making and its many forms of expression.
The addition of Vic marks a new step in this journey and creates new opportunities for dialogue with the local context. With its strong cultural tradition and vibrant artistic scene, the city offers an ideal setting to further develop the festival’s lines of work and foster new collaborations with local agents, cultural spaces and diverse audiences.
In Vic, the programme will take place at Centre Cultural Joan Triadú, which will become a meeting point for reflection and experimentation around contemporary image-making. The programme will include an exhibition, along with a range of activities and workshops designed for different audiences, with the aim of encouraging participation, critical thinking and stronger connections between artistic creation and the community.
This new venue is part of a particularly meaningful edition for the festival, which celebrates ten years of establishing itself as a leading platform for exploring the relationship between cinema, photography and new forms of contemporary visual culture. Panoràmic continues to champion an open, accessible and present-day culture that remains closely connected to society.
